The quality of the heat pump seems very high. It will take me a few weeks to be installed. But, it was delivered right to my door without issue. So far it looks good.

The pump is very well made, the elements on the side with the electrical connection are insulated inside, even the closing flap. Visually, it creates a beautiful monolithic shape. There are no unnecessary grooves on the housing that serve no purpose except collecting dirt. The display is nice and legible. Water supply pipes should be well insulated because the pump produces very hot water and you can get burned. I recommend the product to everyone. The sales representative serving me, Mr. Chris Zhang, is very nice, patient and helpful.
